We love the place! This resort is much much better than the high-rise and low-rise hotel areas. It's not so touristy like the hi-rise area and there are exceptional local restaurants in walking distance. Advisory Renaissance Aruba is a smoke free resort. Smoking is not allowed in guest rooms, including balconies. Guests are allowed to smoke in some public areas of the property which are designated as smoking zones. General Policies & Fine Print. Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino is located on a private beach and in an area with great airport proximity. While the natural beauty of Eagle Beach and Druif Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Links at Divi Aruba. Bushiri Karting Speedway and Butterfly Farm are also worth visiting.
